It seems that the lawsuit between Kohnke and Perpetual finished before it ever really began. According to Kohnke Communications' vice president, Sean Kauppinen, the lawsuit has been ushered off to its place in little lawsuit heaven (or hell). Here's the official words from Sean:

"Both parties have reached an agreement and the lawsuit has been dismissed."

Not incredibly extensive, but it gets the job done. Hopefully this drama has finally run its course and we can move on to more important matters. Like actually playing games.
