LotRO: Solo Content Editorial
I Just Want to be Left Alone...
Even Frodo told his beloved Samwise to bugger off a time or two. How will soloing play out in Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar (LotRO)? We don't know just yet, but we can speculate. Shayalyn gives her take on the solo playing style, and why she believes some solo content is necessary to the success of upcoming MMOGs.
Being a soloer doesnÂt necessarily make me antisocial. It doesnÂt mean that I donÂt enjoy the company of others. What it means is that I enjoy the gratification of being able to handle my battles alone when I want to. It means that sometimes I have limited play time, and I want to make a little progress with my character without looking for a group. It doesnÂt mean I want the rest of the world to go away. (Well, okay, I admit that I do have days where I want the world to go away, but those are few and far between.)
