Your goal here, is obviously to get her to the city. Don't worry too
much about her, as it seems impossible to kill her. That being said
though, she's also not much help in fights.
As the goal is to reach the city, it overlaps with the "Shipwrecked"
quest line. So read through that for the details on getting to the city
of Tortage.
Once you reach the gate to Tortage, Casilda will part ways with you.
She will tell you that she has very little of value, but if you meet up
with her again in the city, she'll reward you in some other kind of way.
