Whether it's in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes, or any other online game, if you listen to any gaming veteran long enough you'll hear tales of epic community-sponsored competitions and events from days gone by. They'll talk about how it was such an amazing thing to witness, bringing so many members of a server together for some fun and socialization. If you look closely, you may even see a little mist in their eyes.

Rather than lamenting the idea that you'll never see such an event, perk your ears and listen up. This Sunday, May 4th, Castigar Falknor is holding a community event open to the entire Xeth server. This is not Castigar's first time in the saddle. The last event proved to be a blast so read the interview we snagged as the final touches were being put on this weekend's event and get ready to have some fun!

Contestants will struggle to make their way through twists and dead ends, scale walls, overcome barriers, weave through a hall of mirrors, hot-foot across fire, and even believe in themselves and cross a bridge of faith.
