Tier 3 Leather Medium Armors are the first really good upgrades in
armor you can get in Lord of The Rings Online for your character.
Available in your 20's, you can really see the difference if you pick
up a set of tier 3 leather armor.

It might be a good idea to simply go to the auction
house with a pocket
full of silver every time you are playing with your tailor, and
purchase any recipe you don't have (without the red edging).
