The Test server for Richard Garriott's Tabula Rasa just got a new member of the population. NCsoft has added a Level buff NPC to make it easier for all players to test all new game content.
Meet PTS Level Command. Level Command will be activated on the Public Test Server with Deployment 8.3 with one sole mission - to grant your character with levels and sweet cash! Don’t you wish all NPC’s were this way? At this time Level Command does not dispense logos, so for the time being, you will have to collect them yourself. Level Command is just part of several changes we have planned to make testing easier and more fun for Tabula Rasa players.
Additionally, Feedback Friday expands on the Crab Mine updates, and changes coming to Shredder Ammo

i like the new detail to the feedback. It feels more like feedback now. A lot of the changes seem to be getting the thumbs up now . Keep up the good work!

Oh yeah, why is excellent. I LOVE why.
Just like Devs can have a hard time understanding what players want, players have a hard time understanding what Devs intend them to get out of a change.
When a change results in a shift in playstyle to take advantage of, it confuses people because they get the new skill, use it the old way, get no result and so it's just a bad change. It's not until a week down the track that they actually figure out what's going on.

It might just be me, but I don't recall them (devs or whoever) explaining the reasons for their actions like this Feedback does. If I've missed it in the past, then sucks for me... I like this "new" detail to the Feedback.
Props Lee. Whether or not folks agree with the changes, they can at least understand part of the logic that went on in the decision to make the change.
