Valeria will thank you for coming to her aid and slaying Quesado. She will let you know that Strom is next on your hit list, but for now, he is protected by Mitrelle and a strange magical medallion. She will instruct you to return to Sigurd and speak with him about the magic that governs Strom and see if he can form a strategy to rid Strom of his magical advantage.
Leave Valeria and make your way back to the Thirsty Dog Inn and speak with Sigurd.
