"Nadini told me to get sacred water from an Atlantean cave on White Sands Isle. It is on the western of the White Sands Isles, furthest away from the shore following a path. I might have to climb the cliffs. The boat in the harbor can take me to the shore. Now I must hurry and get the water to heal Tina!"

Nadini will thank you for bringing the medallion and praise the wisdom of the ancients. She will then call out to Kalanthis to meet with him. Once you tell her of Tinas fate she will devise a plan to aid in combating Mittrelles magic. She will tell you of a cave on White Sands Isle that was a holy site for the people of Atlantis. The water is said to be sacred and potent. Nadini believes that by pouring the water on Tinas wound you can negate the curse Mitrelle has placed upon her. Travel to White Sands Isle and retrieve the water to save Tina from her fate.
Leave Nadinis home and enjoy the cut scene that follows.
