After Nadini has a vision in true exorcist fashion, you will learn of the dangers presented if Strom is allowed to roam free of Mitrelle's control by use of the Phoenix Medallion. However, there is a task you must first deal with before turning your attention to the Tortage overlord. She will instruct you to speak with Arias again to aid in a pressing task before dealing with Strom. Head to Ariass camp and speak with him to get your next task.
