Scintillating Energy Morale	24	Rank 3 Morale	100 ft	Instant	60s	Deals 160 damage to your target, and stuns them for 7 seconds.
Sleight of Hand Tactic	25	None	N/A	Passive	None	Enemy monsters will hate you 50% less than normal.
Pit of Shades Path of Destruction	25	13 AP/Sec	80 ft	Instant	20s	Builds 15 Dark Magic Has a chance to cause a Backlash! A 20-foot pit of shadow covers the ground at a point that you select for 10 seconds. Your enemies will suffer 39 Spirit damage every 2 seconds while they are within the area. This effect will end if you break your concentration or run out of action points.

Dire Blast Morale	28	Rank 1 Morale	100 ft	Instant	60s	Deals 80 damage to your target immediately and another 159 damage over 9 seconds.
Close Quarters Tactic	29	None	N/A	Passive	None	Your magical attacks will deal 25% more damage if the target is within 45 feet, but 20% less damage if they are further away.
Reckless Gathering Core	30	None	N/A	Instant	30s	You consume power from the Winds of Magic for up to 3 seconds, gaining 70 Action Points per second as long as you maintain your concentration. While you are concentrating on this spell, you will be knocked down for 3 seconds if you suffer any damage.
Manic Obsession Tactic	31	None	N/A	Passive	None	Reduces Obsessive Focus's cooldown time by 40 seconds.
Wind-Woven Shell Morale	32	Rank 2 Morale	100 ft	Instant	60s	Everyone in your group takes 20% less damage for 20 seconds.
Triumphant Blasting Tactic	33	None	N/A	Passive	None	Any time you critically hit with a Path of Destruction ability, the victim will be knocked backwards a moderate distance.

Stricken Voices Path of Destruction	40	25 AP	80 ft	Instant	30s	Builds 20 Dark Magic Has a chance to cause a Backlash! Your enemy becomes overwhelmed with panic, suffering 33 Corporeal damage. Fear and uncertainty spread rapidly through the enemy ranks, Silencing the target and all other enemies within 20 feet of them for 5 seconds.
Unleash the Winds Morale	40	Rank 4 Morale	5 ft	Instant	60s	Deals 240 damage to all enemies within 30 feet, and knocks them away from you.
