WotLK Launch Event - Lines in the Dark

Typically, waiting is the hardest part of any endeavor. Whether we're waiting in line at the grocery store or waiting for our significant other to pop "the question", it's always the wait that we despise. However, that wasn't the case in Evansville, Indiana, where over a hundred gamers (out of a city with a population of around 350,000) came out to enjoy the dreary, cold night. Ten Ton Hammer's Cody "Micajah" Bye was out with those gamers, and he's penned his experiences from the "midnight run" to get World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King!

To be honest, the night felt like just the first of hundreds of quests players will participate in while journeying through the new realm of Northrend. With the chill night air adding atmosphere to the event, players were locked in, and they could see that golden “?” only a few dozen yards away. Strangely, no one seemed to mind, even the few folks that had been waiting for hours by the Gamestop doorway. According to these patient individuals, they’d been waiting at the door since 8:30 and still seemed ready to hold out a few more hours on top of that. “I just want the game,” the first guy in line said. “I don’t care about the Collector’s Edition, I just want to play.”

Five classes that would be excellent additions to World of Warcraft.

I really don't understand racism in the real world. People are what people are, regardless of skin pigmentation or where their ancestors came from. There's really only one real-world race - the Human Race - and I loathe everyone equally.
