You Can Take That to the Bank



If you have ever been sent an item or money in the mail, but didn't
receive the item or the money, then this post from Samera (Community
Relations Specialist) is for you:

We are seeing some reports of players who state they have
sent a mail
with both an item and money attached, but the money is getting lost in
transfer. Please note: there are two "Detach" buttons on the mail,
one for the item and one for the money.
If you detach the item but fail to detach the money and then delete the
mail, you will lose the money. Please be sure to detach both the item
and the money when you get a present in the mail.
