Drops Another Hint



The question posed to Samera was "Are +2 tomes being restricted to raid
loot?" The answer was straight forward and slightly cryptic at the same
time:

When Module 3 comes out the +2 tomes will temporarily be
restricted to
either raid loot or to 1750 favor rewards. Please note that I said
"temporarily."

Of course, not being one to stand too long on mystery, Samera had this
to say when pressed:

My guess is that "temporarily" most likely means
"until we raise the level cap again."
