Opening up the Risia Test Server was a great idea for Turbine. So many
eager players willing to test content before it goes live. So many eyes
to watch out for glitches and bugs. Some Risia players noticed that the
sorcerers and wizards were missing their +4 enhancements and Samera
responded almost immediately:

I have good news and bad news. First -
this is why we're having a test server this time around. It helps us
catch things we've missed. Oversights like the fact that wizards and
sorcerers are missing their +4 enhancements. The good news is that this
will be rectified in an upcoming update. The bad news is that it's too
late to get this into Module 3 now.

Of course, their oversight got many players riled up and the new
response is:

Update: In an effort to be fair, we will now be holding ALL
+4 enhancements until the update following Module 3: Demon Sands. None
of the +4 enhancements will be going live with Mod 3.
