Update



Samera says there will be downtime tomorrow to fix the dragonshard
"thank you" glitch:

We are aware that players who came into the game
through the trial
program but are now full customers are missing their dragonshards. We
are working on a fix for this now and hope to be able to Hotfix
tomorrow. We will keep you informed as we learn more or if the plan
changes.



Update: There will now be a downtime from 9:00 am until noon
EST, tomorrow, Friday the 17th.

Also, the Known Issues list has been updated to include the following:

have updated the Known Issue list to include:

• If you have a feat that you can acquire multiple times
  (Improved Damage Reduction, Toughness etc.) and you attempt to exchange
  a feat you have for another serving of the multiple feat, you will not
  be able to choose the multiple feat again. For example, if you have
  already taken Improved Damage Reduction and you attempt to exchange a
  feat for another helping of Improved Damage Reduction, Improved Damage
  Reduction will be listed in the list of valid feats to choose from, but
  it cannot be dragged into the choice box.
