In this edition of the Ten Ton Hammer Vanguard Armor Project, Dalmarus brings readers a submission from Vanguard: Saga of Heroes community member, Akahn. Although he's had to endure more deaths than he can count while running around with Dalmarus, he still took the time to gather some better (and rather unique) armor for his friend. An ulterior motive may have been the hope Dalmarus will become a better tank with the new gear, but he probably shouldn't hold his breath. This set boasts almost 2000 points to Armor Class, over 70 points to both Strength and Constitution, and an astounding 900+ hit points. If this can't help Dalmarus, nothing can.
