Champion Skill List: Book 12 Update

The Lord of the Rings Online Champion class received their "Month of the Champion" update with Book 10, but they seem to have gained revisions with every Book update since then and Book 12 will be no different. This skill list is updated with information from Book 12 and will allow you to see the changes to skills for the Champion class.

Red Haze
Adds a fervour pip when cast, and an additional fervour pip every 15 seconds. This skill can only be played after defeating an enemy. Adds 1 to Fervour

At The Ready
You are able to perform your subtle stab with greater speed, inflicting more damage. Adds 10.0% to subtle stab damage, Line Bonus: increases critical chance with Burglar skills by 1% Strike using Subtle Stab 1250 times
Swift to Anger
Your Swift Strike skill now generates a fervour pip on a successful critical attack. Your total Might is also increased. Adds 10.0 to Might Use Swift Strike 1000 times
Deep Strikes
On a critical attack, Wild Attack, Savage Strikes, and Brutal Strikes will apply an additional bleed. Fervour also adds an extra 2% bonus to damage. Adds 1.0% to Fervour damage bonus. Land Critical Blows Using Wild Attack 1000 times
Vicious Strikes
Increases the critical damage of Wild Attack, Savage Strikes, and Brutal Strikes. Fervour also adds an extra 2% bonus to damage. Adds 4% to Critical Damage Modifier for all Strike skills. Land Critical Blows With Brutal Strikes 50 times
Flashing Blade
Your Blade Wall skill will generate a fervour pip on a successful attack. Blade Wall and Blade Storm will also do more damage. Adds 2% to Area of Effect Skill Damage. Strike With Blade Wall 500 times
Blood Lust
Your Wild Attack will generate a fervour pip on a critical. Fervour also adds an extra 2% bonus to damage. Adds 25.0 to max morale. Adds 1.0% Fervor Damage Bonus Use Land Critical Hits with Wild Attack 50 times
Braced Against Defeat
Your bracing attack will provide additional morale for each additional enemy around you. Blade Wall and Blade Storm will also do more damage. +2% Area of Effect Skill Damage Strike Enemies with Bracing Attack 400 times
Deadly Strikes Increases the critical damage multiplier of Wild Attack, Savage Strikes and Brtual Strikes. Fervour also adds an extra 2.0% bonus to damage. +25% to Critical chance Add modifier for all strike skills. Adds 1% Fervor damage bonus. Hit with Savage Strike 500 times
Eye of the Storm Reduces cost to 3 pips +2% AoE damage Land Critical Blows with Bladestorm 50 times
Flurry of Blows Your Flurry will last an additional 10 seconds and speed you up an extra 5.0%. Your total Might is also increased. Adds 10 Might Use Flurry 750 times
Fervent Rage The Champion's Battle Frenzy now their fervour meter generating 5 pips. Their total might is also increased. Adds 2 to Fervour. Adds 10 to Might. Use Battle-Frenzy 450 times
Patience Exchange of Blows procs more often. Increased threat. -2% Fervor mitigation. Hit targets with Exchange of Blows 500 times

-300 from Dire Need recast timer Cast Dire Need 150 times
Winds of the Storm Your Blade Storm attacks can now affect up to ten targets. Blade Wall and Blade Storm will also do more damage. Adds 5 to Number of Targets. Adds 2.0% to Area of Effect Skill Damage. Strike Enemies with Blade Storm 350 times
Heavy Shield Use Heavy Shield Use -2% Fervor mitigation Level 30 Class Quest

Legendary Traits

 

Legendary Traits are started with books for every class that drop randomly throughout level 39+ areas. You'll need to speak to the hero for your class, in this case Gimli in Rivendell. After this you'll begin "farming" pages in the locations listed, good luck. Be sure to check the Auction House and watch the trade channel, sometimes you can find a good deal.
