There was much rumor and speculation around Richard Garriott's departure from Tabula Rasa and the final demise of the game that closed servers forever but now we know that Richard didn't go cheerfully.


Kotaku reports that Garriott, creative drive behind Ultima Online and the now defunct Tabula Rasa, has filed a 24 million dollar lawsuit in the state of Texas against NCsoft citing "fraud". Game Politics delves deeper revealing that Garriott was forced out of NCsoft and is now looking for a little restitution on a decision in which he seems to had been left out on.
