Guild Wars 2 MMO News, Guides, and Features at Ten Ton Hammer

Earlier today attendees of GamesCom in Cologne, Germany were treated with the premier of the first Guild Wars 2 teaser trailer. The video features the first in-game footage of the title including a brief glimpse at the new playable races and expansive landscapes set to a narrative highlighting of some of the events leading up to the sequel, due to release sometime next year.

NCsoft and ArenaNet thrilled fans today with the premiere of the first Guild Wars 2 teaser trailer at gamescom in Cologne, Germany. Show attendees were treated to a glimpse of what’s to come in the much anticipated sequel, set 250 years after the original Guild Wars®.

The teaser trailer reveals some of the world-shaking events that set up the story of Guild Wars 2 and also showcases the game’s fantastic graphics and environments.
