Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment, which recently released the 3rd person shooter Stargate Resistance, was the subject of a recent rumor alleging that the company had filed a case for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy on February 12th. A rumor that seemed to have a real possibility amidst other current issues over at CME. Ten Ton Hammer has now confirmed the rumor through minute entries on the Clerk of Superior Court's Office of Maricopa County, Arizona website in which the topic of discussion was in fact regarding a Bankruptcy filing submitted by Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment last week.
