Quest Online has had quite a saga over the last few months. After the replacement of David Allen on the Alganon project, controversy ensued by way of Internet showdowns, forum arguments and a lawsuit filed by Allen. Recently, Quest Online responded in kind by filing a counter-suit against Allen. A PDF file detailing Quest Online's response to Allen's suit and the details of their countersuit has been released and is available to the public. Touching on just a few notes, the document alleges that Allen intentionally delayed the development and launch of Alganon and used Quest Online funds for his own personal benefit. The document further alleges that Allen accessed Quest Online's computer systems and servers after his termination in violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, obtaining valuable and confidential information that resulted in a financial loss for Quest Online.

One thing is for certain, we haven't heard the end of the Quest Online/David Allen saga just yet. Stay tuned and we'll keep you posted of any changes.
