The playable races of Guild Wars 2 have been a hot topic ever since they were first introduced by ArenaNet last fall, both here on the Ten Ton Hammer forums as well as around the net. With that in mind, for our newest GW2 Poll we decided to pose the question: Which Guild Wars 2 Race Will You Play First?

Each of the five playable races - Asura, Charr, Human, Norn and Sylvari - have some pretty distinct characteristics which will also partially influence how your chosen profession will play. Will this factor into your decision once faced with the character creation screen at launch, or are you mainly wanting to create your first character based on looks or cultural background alone?

Cast your vote in our newest Guild Wars 2 poll, and then be sure to share your thoughts here in the Ten Ton Hammer Guild Wars 2 forum!
