Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV) fans may get their chance to sample the game sooner than expected as the open beta that was announced for early September is ready earlier than expected. According to the FFXIV Twitter page, the open beta will begin for the game on August 31, 2010 at 19:00 (PDT).
