DC Universe Online MMO News, Guides, and Features at Ten Ton Hammer

The delay of DC Universe Online (DCUO) disappointed many fans, but a little more polish never hurts and today marks the of the official start DCUO beta. And as we noted earlier, Sony Online Entertainment did mention that little matter of being able to access the game's beta by November 30th if you pre-ordered before November 15th, 2010. It looks like SOE is making good on its promise because we recently noticed a new section on the DCUO website that instructs players on how to turn those pre-order receipts into a beta key.

To make things more interesting, the end of beta event has already been announced and it's the "Battle of Legends", which is the epic showdown shown in the Blur Studio trailer in which Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, the Joker, Lex Luther and many others DC icons have their cataclysmic showdown, so if you've pre-ordered or plan to soon, be sure to head over and get yourself into the beta.
