It's the little things that go boom that make this all worth it.
If you've been waiting to get your hands on some high-powered robotic destruction, Perpetuum may be just what you're looking for. Open beta recently began for the MMORPG and you can sign up to give it a try on the official website. If you haven't been keeping track of Perpetuum, it's a sci-fi MMORPG set on a distant planet inhabited by robots. Simply put, the robots have a power source and technology that the humans want. Hijinks ensue.
In addition to the start of open beta, Early Access subscriptions are now available. So if you find out that you really like the game, you can go ahead and start paying for it now. But Tuk some of you say, why would I pay for a game that I can play for free in open beta? Very good question my little gaming fanatics. Luckily, there is an answer within the offer. Early Access players will have to pay $9.95 but as a bonus they'll get to start playing 7-days before Perpetuum's official launch and they'll also receive four weeks of extra Extension Points, which are in-game points used to help build your character's skills.
So there you have it. The Perpetuum open beta is now underway, so if you're a bit curious, give it a look and see if it appeals to you. The official launch is scheduled to take place sometime later this year.
