The launch of href="http://www.tentonhammer.com/wow/cataclysm">World
of Warcraft: Cataclysm
is right around the corner, and will no doubt be
the biggest retail PC game release of 2010. But as we recently learned
this year during the opening ceremonies for href="http://www.tentonhammer.com/events/blizzcon/2010">BlizzCon,
the third and
most ambitious World of
Warcraft expansion to date will
also be
available as a href="http://www.tentonhammer.com/node/91338">digital
download for those players eager
to dive
directly into the game as quickly as humanly possible on December 7th.

For some players, we here at href="http://www.tentonhammer.com/wow">World
of Warcraft – Ten

Hammer realize this creates a
difficult decision. On the one hand, a
digital download will let you get into the game quicker, but then again
the midnight launch parties happening around the globe for Cataclysm
are bound to be worth the wait in line to pick up the standard or
collector’s edition box copies.
