En Masse Entertainment and NCsoft Settle TERA Lawsuit

En Masse Entertainment and NCsoft have settled their legal dispute over TERA in the US. NCsoft has been locked in a legal battle with TERA developer Bluehole Studio alleging that former NCsoft employees that founded the studio used stolen assets from Lineage III in the game’s development.

As TERA’s NA publisher, En Masse Entertainment was also dragged into the legal battle. But as of today, En Masse Entertainment has confirmed that their end of the lawsuit has been settled. While the specifics of the settlement were not revealed, En Masse Entertainment maintains its innocence of any wrongdoings according to a statement on the publisher’s official website.

En Masse Entertainment confirms it has settled with NCsoft over the TERA-related lawsuit in the US. In doing so, En Masse Entertainment maintains its innocence and looks forward to refocusing the company’s full attention to TERA, its fans, and its future.

Our priority has been and always will be our fans and community. TERA will continue to thrive and provide a great player experience and value to existing and new gamers alike."
