Blind
Blinds the target, causing it to wander disoriented for up to 10 seconds. Any damage caused will remove the effect.

Cheap Shot
Stuns the target for 4 seconds. Must be stealthed. Awards 2 combo points. Requires melee weapon.

Cloak of Shadows
Instantly removes all existing harmful spell effects and increases your chance to resist all spells by 90% for 5 sec. Does not remove effects that prevent you from using Cloak of Shadows.

Deadly Throw
Rank 1 - Finishing move that reduces the movement of the target by 50% for 6 sec and causes increased thrown weapon damage by 165-603 depending upon number of combo points. Requires Thrown.
Rank 2 - Finishing move that reduces the movement of the target by 50% for 6 sec and causes increased thrown weapon damage by 224-816 depending upon number of combo points. Requires Thrown.
Rank 3 - Finishing move that reduces the movement of the target by 50% for 6 sec and causes increased thrown weapon damage by 351-1285 depending upon number of combo points. Requires Thrown.

Detect Traps
Greatly increased chance to detect traps.

Disarm Trap
Disarm a hostile trap. Must be stealthed.

Dismantle
Disarm the enemy, removing all weapons, shield or other equipment carried for 10 seconds.

Distract
Throws a distraction, attracting the attention of all nearby monsters for 10 seconds. Does not break stealth.

Dual Wield
Allows one-hand and off-hand weapons to be equipped in the off-hand.

Envenom
Rank 1 - Finishing move that consumes your Deadly Poison doses on the target and deals instant poison damage. Following the Envenom attack you have an additional 15% chance to apply Instant and Deadly Poison to targets for 1 sec plus an additional 1 sec per combo point. One dose is consumed for each combo point. Damage ranges from 120-598 depending upon number of doses.
Rank 2 - Finishing move that consumes your Deadly Poison doses on the target and deals instant poison damage. Following the Envenom attack you have an additional 15% chance to apply Instant and Deadly Poison to targets for 1 sec plus an additional 1 sec per combo point. One dose is consumed for each combo point. Damage ranges from 150-748 depending upon number of doses.
Rank 3 - Finishing move that consumes your Deadly Poison doses on the target and deals instant poison damage. Following the Envenom attack you have an additional 15% chance to apply Instant and Deadly Poison to targets for 1 sec plus an additional 1 sec per combo point. One dose is consumed for each combo point. Damage ranges from 178-888 depending upon number of doses.
Rank 4 - Finishing move that consumes your Deadly Poison doses on the target and deals instant poison damage. Following the Envenom attack you have an additional 15% chance to apply Instant and Deadly Poison to targets for 1 sec plus an additional 1 sec per combo point. One dose is consumed for each combo point. Damage ranges from 218-1088 depending upon number of doses.

Evasion
Rank 1 - Dodge increased by 50% for 15 seconds.
Rank 2 - Dodge increased by 50% and reduces the chance ranged attacks hit the rogue by 25%. Lasts for 15 seconds.

Eviscerate
Rank 1 - Finishing move that inflicts 7-38 damage depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 2 - Finishing move that inflicts 15-74 damage depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 3 - Finishing move that inflicts 26-123 damage depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 4 - Finishing move that inflicts 42-193 damage depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 5 - Finishing move that inflicts 61-278 damage depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 6 - Finishing move that inflicts 94-429 damage depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 7 - Finishing move that inflicts 145-660 damage depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 8 - Finishing move that inflicts 200-907 damage depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 9 - Finishing move that inflicts 225-1020 damage depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 10 - Finishing move that inflicts 246-1113 damage depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.

Expose Armor
Rank 1 - Finishing move that exposes the opponent's armor for 30 seconds, reducing their armor by 90-450 depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 2 - Finishing move that exposes the opponent's armor for 30 seconds, reducing their armor by 180-900 depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 3 - Finishing move that exposes the opponent's armor for 30 seconds, reducing their armor by 270-1350 depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 4 - Finishing move that exposes the opponent's armor for 30 seconds, reducing their armor by 360-1800 depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 5 - Finishing move that exposes the opponent's armor for 30 seconds, reducing their armor by 450-2250 depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 6 - Finishing move that exposes the opponent's armor for 30 seconds, reducing their armor by 520-2600 depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 7 - Finishing move that exposes the opponent's armor for 30 seconds, reducing their armor by 785-3925 depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.

Fan of Knives
Instantly throw both weapons at all targets within 8 yards, causing 150% weapon damage with daggers, and 100% weapon damage with all other weapons. Requires melee weapon.

Feint
Rank 1 - Performs a feint, causing no damage and reducing your threat by a small amount, making the enemy less likely to attack you.
Rank 2 - Performs a feint, causing no damage and reducing your threat by a medium amount, making the enemy less likely to attack you.
Rank 3 - Performs a feint, causing no damage and reducing your threat by a large amount, making the enemy less likely to attack you.
Rank 4 - Performs a feint, causing no damage and reducing your threat by a large amount, making the enemy less likely to attack you.
Rank 5 - Performs a feint, causing no damage and reducing your threat by a large amount, making the enemy less likely to attack you.
Rank 6 - Performs a feint, causing no damage and reducing your threat by a large amount, making the enemy less likely to attack you.
Rank 7 - Performs a feint, causing no damage and reducing your threat by a large amount, making the enemy less likely to attack you.
Rank 8 - Performs a feint, causing no damage and reducing your threat by a large amount, making the enemy less likely to attack you. In addition, reduces the damage you take from area of effect attacks by 50%.

Garrote
Rank 1 - Inflicts 130 damage over 18 seconds, modified by your attack power. Must be stealthed and behind your opponent. Awards 1 combo point.
Rank 2 - Inflicts 172 damage over 18 seconds, modified by your attack power. Must be stealthed and behind your opponent. Awards 1 combo point.
Rank 3 - Inflicts 232 damage over 18 seconds, modified by your attack power. Must be stealthed and behind your opponent. Awards 1 combo point.
Rank 4 - Inflicts 280 damage over 18 seconds, modified by your attack power. Must be stealthed and behind your opponent. Awards 1 combo point.
Rank 5 - Inflicts 353 damage over 18 seconds, modified by your attack power. Must be stealthed and behind your opponent. Awards 1 combo point.
Rank 6 - Inflicts 436 damage over 18 seconds, modified by your attack power. Must be stealthed and behind your opponent. Awards 1 combo point.
Rank 7 - Inflicts 520 damage over 18 seconds, modified by your attack power. Silences target for 3 seconds. Must be stealthed and behind your opponent. Awards 1 combo point.
Rank 8 - Inflicts 622 damage over 18 seconds, modified by your attack power. Silences target for 3 seconds. Must be stealthed and behind your opponent. Awards 1 combo point.
Rank 9 - Inflicts 670 damage over 18 seconds, modified by your attack power. Silences target for 3 seconds. Must be stealthed and behind your opponent. Awards 1 combo point.
Rank 10 - Inflicts 724 damage over 18 seconds, modified by your attack power. Silences target for 3 seconds. Must be stealthed and behind your opponent. Awards 1 combo point.

Gouge
Rank 1 - Causes 6 damage and incapacitates the opponent for 4 seconds. Any damage caused will revive the target. Awards 1 combo point. Requires melee weapon.

Kick
A quick kick that interrupts casting and prevents further spells from that school from being cast for 5 seconds

Kidney Shot
Rank 1 - Finishing move that stuns target for 1-5 seconds depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 2 - Finishing move that stuns target for 2-6 seconds depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.

Parry
Gives a chance to parry enemy attacks. Requires melee weapon.

Pick Lock
Allows opening of locked chests and doors.

Pick Pocket
Picks a target's pockets. Must be stealthed.

Rupture
Rank 1 - Finishing move that causes 41-151 damage over 8-16 seconds depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 2 - Finishing move that causes 61-223 damage over 8-16 seconds depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 3 - Finishing move that causes 89-311 damage over 8-16 seconds depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 4 - Finishing move that causes 129-423 damage over 8-16 seconds depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 5 - Finishing move that causes 177-583 damage over 8-16 seconds depending upon number of combo points. Requires melee weapon.

Safe Fall
Reduces damage from falling.

Sap
Rank 1 - Incapacitates humanoid target that is not in combat for up to 25 seconds. Must be stealthed. Any damage caused will revive target. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 2 - Incapacitates humanoid target that is not in combat for up to 35 seconds. Must be stealthed. Any damage caused will revive target. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 3 - Incapacitates humanoid target that is not in combat for up to 45 seconds. Must be stealthed. Any damage caused will revive target. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 4 - Incapacitates target that is not in combat for up to 1 minute. Only works on Humanoids, Beasts, Demons, and Dragonkin. Must be stealthed. Any damage caused will revive target. Requires melee weapon.

Shiv
Performs an instant off-hand weapon attack that automatically applies the poison from your off-hand weapon to the target. Slower weapons require more Energy. Awards 1 combo point.

Sinister Strike
Rank 1 - Instant strike that causes 3 damage in addition to weapon damage. Awards 1 combo point. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 2 - Instant strike that causes 6 damage in addition to weapon damage. Awards 1 combo point. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 3 - Instant strike that causes 10 damage in addition to weapon damage. Awards 1 combo point. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 4 - Instant strike that causes 15 damage in addition to weapon damage. Awards 1 combo point. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 5 - Instant strike that causes 22 damage in addition to weapon damage. Awards 1 combo point. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 6 - Instant strike that causes 33 damage in addition to weapon damage. Awards 1 combo point. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 7 - Instant strike that causes 52 damage in addition to weapon damage. Awards 1 combo point. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 8 - Instant strike that causes 68 damage in addition to weapon damage. Awards 1 combo point. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 9 - Instant strike that causes 80 damage in addition to weapon damage. Awards 1 combo point. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 10 - Instant strike that causes 98 damage in addition to weapon damage. Awards 1 combo point. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 11 - Instant strike that causes 150 damage in addition to weapon damage. Awards 1 combo point. Requires melee weapon.
Rank 12 - Instant strike that causes 180 damage in addition to weapon damage. Awards 1 combo point. Requires melee weapon.

Slice and Dice
Rank 1 - Finishing move that increases attack speed by 20% for 9-21 seconds depending upon number of combo points.
Rank 2 - Finishing move that increases attack speed by 40% for 9-21 seconds depending upon number of combo points.

Sprint
Rank 1 - Increases movement rate by 50% for 15 seconds. Does not break stealth.
Rank 2 - Increases movement rate by 60% for 15 seconds. Does not break stealth.
Rank 3 - Increases movement rate by 70% for 15 seconds. Does not break stealth.

Stealth
Rank 1 - Allows you to enter stealth with a 50% move rate.
Rank 2 - Allows you to enter stealth with a 60% move rate.
Rank 3 - Allows you to enter stealth with a 65% move rate.
Rank 4 - Allows you to enter stealth with a 70% move rate.

Tricks of the Trade
The current party or raid member becomes the target of your Tricks of the Trade. The threat caused by your next attack and all actions taken for 6 sec afterwards will be transferred to the target. In addition, all damage caused by the target is increased by 15% during this time.

Vanish
Rank 1 - Allows the rogue to vanish from sight, entering an improved stealth mode for 10 seconds. Also breaks movement impairing effects.
Rank 2 - Allows the rogue to vanish from sight, entering an improved stealth mode for 10 seconds. Also breaks movement impairing effects. More effective than Vanish (Rank 1).
Rank 3 - Allows the rogue to vanish from sight, entering an improved stealth mode for 10 seconds. Also breaks movement impairing effects. More effective than Vanish (Rank 2).

Revealing Strike
Instant strike that causes 125% of weapon damage and increases the effectiveness of your next offensive finisher on that target by 35% for 15 seconds. Awards 1 combo point.

Recuperate
Finishing move that consumes combo points to restore 2% of maximum health every 3 seconds. The duration of this effect is determined by the number of combo points consumed; each point is worth 6 seconds of duration.

Smoke Bomb
Creates a cloud of thick smoke in an 8 yard radius around the Rogue for 5 seconds. Enemies are unable to target into or out of the smoke cloud.

Redirect
Transfers any existing combo points to the current enemy target, as well as any insight gained from Bandit's Guile. Requires active combo points.
