Being new to this whole Community Management thing, there are a great deal of things I just don't know, and get to learn as I go. Just so we are clear, 'Learn as I go.' is fancy talk for 'Make stupid mistakes and try not to repeat them.' A great example of this is my first attempts to celebrate player activities by highlighting a few 'World Wide First' events in EQII.
