Alganon has undergone some changes over the last few months that has resulted in changes to the game and more than a few exchange of words by current and former Alganon team members. Despite the tensions between current and past team members the game moves forward and hopes to launch sometime this month. MMORPG got the chance to speak with Quest Online's Derek Smart about the changes to Alganon since he took over as lead for the project and the game's scheduled launch this month. Smart fielded questions about game changes, new content, and even took a poke at current legal disputes.

It has been a rocky ride for sure. In between keeping the company from going under, running the daily operations, keeping the investors happy, streamlining operations, steering the team, re-focusing the original vision and goals for the game etc - I have had my hands full to say the least. All that while fielding a brewing legal spat between several parties with vested interests in the company and game.
