APB: Reloaded's Bjorn Book-Larsson took to the game's blog again this week to offer up another update on the CB4 (build 68) for the game, which includes a number of weapon changes and bug fixes. The good news is that the devs are in the process of adding a new upgrade system and a new progression and rating system. The bad news is that other updates are being put on hold while these new systems are implemented to allow a seamless integration.
There is one other spot of bad news. It seems that the hardware for the EU network that the team has been waiting for is still hung up in customs and is not expected to be cleared before next week. So EU players will have to wait even longer.
