City of Heroes deployed its latest update today with Issue 19: Alpha Strike. The update adds the first new Alpha Slot to help prime players for the Incarnate system. The Alpha Slot will provide high-level players with access to new powers and challenges. The update also escalated the conflict in Praetoria with new events and the start of the invasion of Primal Earth.
