As MMOG gamers, many of us are often involved with others arenas of
geekdom - comics, action figures, cult movies, etc. - and so it came as
no surprise when Sony Online Entertainment announced that they would be
converting the comic series Ramayan 3392 A.D. into a MMOG. To give
potential gamers a taste of the world that SOE is creating, the
companies have released a large packet of concept art pieces, some of
which coming straight from the comic books, for you to view. Have a

For those of you unfamiliar with Ramayan 3392 A.D., here's the overview
found in Wikipedia:
Ramayan
3392 A.D. (formerly called Ramayana Reborn)
is a comic book series based upon the Indian epic called
href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ramayana" title="Ramayana">Ramayana.
It is written by Shamik Dasgupta and the art is by Abhishek
Singh, and it was created based on a story by
href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deepak_Chopra"
title="Deepak Chopra">Deepak Chopra and
href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shekhar_Kapur"
title="Shekhar Kapur">Shekhar Kapur. It features a
re-imagining of the historical classic in a science fiction setting.
The story primarily deals
with the battles between the last kingdom
of humans with demons (called Asuras) in a post-Apocalyptic world. The
series' prime protagonist is the human prince Rama
who, alongside his brothers, aim to bring down the demon-lord Ravan.
