If you are one of the many that are having crashes in game, then you have my deepest sympathies.


SOE has been, so far, rather tight lipped about this serious problem. My own experience with tech support over this issue was not promising, but Grimwell assures us that they are working on it!

We do have a dev team member working on this right now, and I will do what I can to keep people updated as I learn about the progress. The best thing everyone can do is to contact customer service immediately when this happens. Do not delete your UI files before contacting customer service! The information you provide will help us get to the bottom of this quicker.

The petition system does not work for everyone, so please do add your info on the SOE EQ2 tech forum to aid them in fixing this if you are unable to petition for tech support!
