DDO Wiki Update: Main Page Makeover

The key to a practical wiki is good organization. To that end, I've created the framework for the Ten Ton Wiki Dungeons & Dragons Online main page. You'll now see some handy tables with placeholders for the information we need to get out there for the DDO community. Oh, and I changed the color scheme while I was at. Now get out there and wiki folks!
