Destiny 2 Shadowkeep The Best PvP Scout Rifle

Scout rifles don't get a lot of love in PvP, but there are a few that are fantastic.    There is also one (according to KackisHD) that is incredible and yet...nobody is using it.  

The rifle in question is No Feelings.  It is acquired through the Scourge of the Past Raid. 

Why does KackisHD "feel" that it's so good?

This is the only scout rifle in the game that can get the perk "Boxed Breathing".  It gives you a 62% damage bonus for aiming down the sites for a short time prior to shooting.   This turns a 4 tap weapon into a 3 tap weapon, that shoots at 180 RPM: your time to kill is incredible. 

If you are going for Randy's Throwing Knife, then this is an excellent choice to grind, and I mean grind and grind and grind for that weapon.
