Brell Serillis is the neutral God of Smiths and Earth, also known as the Duke of Below. Dwarves and gnomes quite often worship this God, as his affinity for precious metals is as strong as these races need to create! It's rumored that Brell is also responsible for the creation of the Ratonga, and perhaps with Brell's presence back upon Norrath, this rumor will finally be confirmed or abolished.
