Most Anticipated PC Games for 2022

In no particular order, here are the games that we are most excited about for 2022!   What are you looking forward to?

Avowed

Avowed was originally shown off in 20202 by Obsidian Entertainment.  We're excited about it because of Obsidian's track record with games like Fallout: New Vegas and The Outer Worlds. Avowed should be the first big RPG from Obsidian since they found themselves in the Xbox Game Studios stable.   The game, set in the Pillars of Eternity universe is due in 2022. 

Elden Ring

This may be the biggest release of the year.  From Software is known for the punishing "Souls" games and Elden Ring is flexing to add to that legacy.  Set in an original fantasy world co-created by A Song of Ice and Fire author George R. R. Martin the game is sure to sell well and early impressions lean towards it being another exceptions title.   The game releases on February 25th, 2022.

Forspoken

Forspoken is a fantasy action game from Square Enix.   A regular girl from our world is pulled into a fantasy setting where she must find ways to ward off the evil found there. 

Starfield

Another big dog in the XBox stable is Bethesda who is working on Starfield.  There hasn't been much released, but a Bethesda RPG in space can't go wrong can it?  We're excited because it's Bethesda and we love space themed RPGs.   No release date has been set. 

That's our list, though we could probably add another 20 or so that we are excited about.  What are you looking forward to?
