I've been hearing not so great things about the new petition system that has been put in place. The SOE Customer Service Manager stopped by the EQ2 forums to share a word about the new system, how it works, and how to submit petitions:
First off, there was a post made by SOE Management on 10/16/06 detailing many of the reasons behind the move to this new system and its features and benefits so I wont be going into much detail on this. However, I wanted to bring to light that there are many behind the scenes improvements with the new system that are not necessarily apparent from a customer perspective, but go a long way towards improving the service we provide you.
Please take a moment to read this post so that we all may be more informed as to how it all works. And hopefully, any bugs will be worked out quickly!
