SOE announced plans for server mergers back in June. As the months tick
by with nary a merger in sight, Shayalyn is beginning to think that the
developers of Vanguard: Saga of Heroes should have paid a bit more
attention to chief engineer Montgomery Scott on old Star Trek reruns.
Is three months too long to wait for an event like
this to happen? Yes.
Logistically speaking, these things take time, and SOE has a lot of
work to do to prepare for the mergers. From that standpoint, perhaps 3
months isn't just so unreasonable. But it is a
long time for players to wait while watching weeks turn into months.
What does Scotty have to do with Vanguard and SOE? You'll have to read
