SOE posted this update Saturday night regarding recent downtime:

As of 4:45 PM Pacific (7:45 PM New York time ~ 12:45 AM London time) on Saturday, 12/18 the following servers are offline:

Befallen
Crushbone
Faydark
Grobb
Innothule
Permafrost
Steamfont

All other servers are online and available for play.

We know that the players of the above servers are anxious to play on their characters. We are working as quickly as possible to bring them online for you with as accurate of recoveries for anyone affected as possible. It likely will still be on the order of hours before these servers are online. We do anticipate having them all available before the end of the day, Pacific Time. If that estimate changes significantly, we will update you here.
