Coming
to you from the lobby of the Sheraton...

Day
1 of Fanguard was a rowdy and rousing success. Many fans invaded the
hotel early in the day to find they needed to wait until 5pm to register.

This
didn't stop them from congregating in the halls and restaurants. As
you can see from Nib's photos (here),
all were on the edges of their seats waiting for the fun to begin.

Once
things got started you couldn't find a disappointed face anywhere in
the crowd.

Cindy
Bowens introduced the Sigil Games Online team to an anxious and excited
room. Prizes were announced in typical Cindy form--off we were sent with
a game sheet to talk to each other. The game was to find people who
fit the categories on the paper and be the first to have your sheet
filled.

Later
today we"ll report some of the things we learned. Who collects
hot wheels? Who traveled more than 500 miles to attend? Find out later
today when I offer another report....
