Free character transfers between accounts and servers are due to start tonight at midnight! Please keep in mind, to keep things fair for everyone, and to limit griefing potential, each character will now be limited to two moves. Here is Grimwell's update announcement:

Free Character Transfer The Free Character Transfer option will be enabled at 12:01 AM PDT on May 1st. Prior to that time, character transfers will still involve a fee, so hang tight! Also, an important change was introduced in the plan:

Each individual character will be limited to two transfers during this period. If you have more than one character on your account, each character can move twice.
