California is on Fire, You Know



Ellyra announced that SOE Support Services (which also handles
Vanguard) will be down until further notice because of the emergency
state in California:

As I'm sure most everyone is aware, multiple fires have
been blazing
their way throughout the southern California area, affecting hundreds
of thousands of people, as well as farmlands and livestock.



During this time, the San Diego SOE staff have evacuated their
offices. Although many folks are continuing to work and update from
home, quite a few people have been spending the past few hours packing
up their irreplaceables and moving to safer areas.



Most support services will be suspended for the time being, including
account billing and technical support. In-game support will be
limited. We appreciate the sincere understanding and compassion that
has been expressed from the majority of our players, and hope that
everyone who is in the southern California area is safe and well.



Thank you to all the players who have been sending their thoughts and
prayers our way.
