Based on information Ten Ton Hammer has learned from Sony Online Entertainment, their Customer Service will soon leave India.

Realistically, out-of-country Customer Service has been lower quality due to language barriers and SOE has taken quite a bit of criticism for sub-par service. Understanding this removes such barriers, it should mean better quality for gaming fans. Certainly titles such as EverQuest I and II, Vanguard, Star Wars Galaxies, and their future gaming line up of DC Universe Online and The Agency will see improvements.
