Turf Battles Now Accepting Closed Beta Signups

With the launch of the new href="http://www.tentonhammer.com/taxonomy/term/828"> style="font-style: italic;">Turf Battles
website, Aeria Games & Entertainment has also announced that
they're now accepting applications for the upcoming closed
beta.  Though no firm start date is mentioned, the
registration process is as simple as creating a free Aeria Games
account.  The website for Turf Battles gives little detail on
the free-to-play MMOG, though it seems there will be an emphasis on
larger scale PvP gameplay.  For the curious among you, here's
some of the game features as listed on the official site:

- Establish
a tribe, work to capture new land and promote or demote recruits to
different ranks within the tribe

- Escape
the horrors of war and delve into gripping party-only dungeons

- Earn
riches and grow more powerful. Once a certain level has been achieved,
players can develop new skills which transform their very appearance
and grant them powerful new moves.

- Explore
or conquer an expansive world with forests, deserts, islands, castles,
lakes, and much more!
