Drunken Mastery Monks seem to be rare when Danny "Ralsu" Gourley is
playing Vanguard: Saga of Heroes. But he managed to corner one or two
and get a list of skills started. Here's a sample:

Jeering Kick I

A mocking kick that deals minor damage and forces your target to attack
you for 2 attacks.
