Guild Hall Upkeep Costs
SOE Community Representative, Ellyra, has posted the Guild Hall upkeep costs. Apparently there was a previous error in the costs. With the new corrections, it looks like some folks are going to be saving a lot of their hard earned gold!

The 10% upkeep cost was an error. Those were the plot prices back in beta. Through a bug we accidentally resurrected that old data. It is officially dead now.
Normal plot upkeep is being returned to the prices they were before we made them zero.
2.5g plots are 25silver
10g plots are 60silver
30g plots are 90silver
Guild Hall plots are going to be 50gold.
