Small Change Makes a Big Difference



The way Warrior shouts work in Vanguard has changed. Ralsu notes that
only 14% of skill for levels 1-25 are affected, but the difference is
much bigger. Now Warriors will find all shouts useful because they work on independent timers and not feel the
need to save them for the all-important stun.
