Out of the Shadows...
Ever feel the urge to slink through the shadows, clutching a razor
sharp blade, in order to stab some unsuspecting bad guy in the back?
Yeah, me too. And our Vanguard rogue specialist, Eboli, is positively
addicted. He takes a moment to tell us why he loves playing a rogue in
MMOs, and why he's looking forward to the rogue class in Vanguard: Saga
of Heroes.
For me it all started during a Dungeons &
Dragons (D&D) session with my older brother and his friends in
a damp dark basement. The thrill of saving my party by using steath to
sneak by a nasty ghoul and obtain the only thing that would kill
it--it's life-draining heart--got me hooked. Then came the introduction
of computer games such as Diablo, followed later by MMOGs (yes I am
showing my age here a bit).
